Powder Coating

What is Powder Coating

Powder coating is a form of painting that utilizes free flowing dry powder, unlike the traditional liquid paint  which is an evaporating solvent. Powder coating is applied electrostatically, then cured in a heat oven for a uniform finish.

Why use Powder Coating

  1. Durability -  more resistant to scratches and chipping
  2. Adhesion - Is better then traditional wet paint and can withstand bend without cracking or flacking
  3. Corrosion Resistance - Far surpasses traditional wet paint
